WORKING IN A SERIES

"What am I going to paint?" Together we will answer this question and you will create a small body of work based on your subject and medium of choice. It is my experience that the approach of mining one idea for new approaches elicits exciting improvement.
Previous experience is required.

SOFT PASTELS - EXPLORATION IN DRY PAINTING

Pastels are luscious and the colours rich. Not only are they immediate but no drying time is required. They can be applied in a variety of ways: line, hatching, jottings and strokes, blending and fine detailing. Have fun exploring this medium on different papers. I will guide you in your choice of subject. All levels welcome.

Cost: 12 week (36 hr.) course $372 includes instruction, a few materials and my infamous coffee/tea/ chocolate break
